1. Data controller
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Ocakyol Gıda ve Catering Hizmetleri A.Ş. (address: Mimar Sinan Mah. Şehit Er Sk. No: 10, Gebze / Kocaeli) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal data processed
On the quote form and booking: full name, company name, phone, email, job title, event date, headcount and specifications you upload; during contracting, tax and invoice details; in canteen service, employee counts and diet/allergy notifications (special-category data, only with explicit consent); for job applications, CVs; when using the website, IP address and cookie data.
3. Purposes of processing
To prepare quotes, perform the contract, plan and deliver the food service, issue invoices, meet allergen and diet requests safely, run quality and satisfaction surveys, evaluate job applications and, with your explicit consent, send announcements.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, necessary to meet a legal obligation, or based on legitimate interest; and on your explicit consent for marketing communications and cookies.
A customer company that transmits canteen employees' diet and allergy data to us on their behalf is obliged to inform its employees under KVKK and obtain the necessary explicit consent before transferring this data.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service with payment institutions, email/SMS infrastructure providers, accounting and legal advisers and competent public authorities. No data is transferred abroad unless the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 are met.
6. Retention
Contract and invoice records are kept for 10 years, quote files for 3 years and job applications for 1 year. Employee diet/allergy data is deleted within 30 days after the service contract ends.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your requests to kvkk@ocakyol.com.tr; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
