Construction Site and Field Catering

Container kitchens and three shifts for construction, energy and infrastructure projects.

165–210 TRY per meal

We set up mobile kitchens and canteens for construction sites, power plants and infrastructure projects in remote locations. A container kitchen, with generator, water tank and cold store, is commissioned within 10 days. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and night meals are prepared in three shifts.

What do we provide?

  • Container kitchen and canteen set-up (150–2,000 people)
  • 3 shifts, hot meals and packed-meal alternatives
  • Regional menus and an iftar–suhoor arrangement during Ramadan
  • On-site food engineer, pest control and waste management

Cost and terms

The contract term usually matches the project duration (12–36 months). Price per meal, set-up fee and operating costs are written separately. The set-up fee can be spread over the contract on condition that the equipment is returned to us at the end of the project. The average cost per meal is 165–210 TRY.
